The price of the gold continued to increase

The price of the gold continued to increase in the Kathmandu last week following increase in its price in the international market.

The price of the gold has increased to stand at Rs. 33, 950 per 10 gm on Tuesday, while it was only Rs. 33,780 per 10 gm on the last week.

According to Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (NGSDA), as the price of the precious metal has been fluctuating in the international market, the price in the domestic market is also affected.

The price in the international market has increased to stand at US$ 1,402 per ounce on Tuesday while it was only US$ 1,357 per ounce on Sunday last week.

The political disorder in Bahrain has also affected the price of the gold in the international market.
